Message from District Representative Donna Miller:
On Sunday, July 20th, the Zoom District 4 meeting will be from 2-4:30 because we have so much to cover. I ask all groups to send their GR or a person selected to represent the group with a voice and vote. All members are welcome with voice. Only GR’s or a group rep selected by the group have a vote. District Officers do not have a vote.
Please see the meeting agenda attached. Anything not covered, or if we run out of time, can be discussed via email or phone call. I have also attached some background information. The budget and minutes from last meeting will be sent in a couple of days.
Thank you all for your service. This will be my first district meeting as DR in a while so please be patient if I have put too much on the agenda this time. I know you will all be conscious of the time and respect our wish to hear from everyone if possible.
